I am a professional who has training in the field of psychology and use these skills to help people with their different needs. I will work with you to explore what may be causing your emotional problems and find ways to improve these difficulties.

My therapy practice specializes in LGBTQIA+ issues, trauma, phobias, panic attack, abuse, depression, anxiety, existential disorientation, relationships and sexuality.

There are many benefits from the therapy. The most common is emotional support and guidance, which can help a person to work through difficult emotions and behaviors. Therapy can also help identify unhealthy patterns in the way one thinks or feels in order to better understand oneself. It can also help people develop coping skills by exploring ways to manage one’s day-to-day life.

Psychotherapy is a form of therapy in which a professional person, a psychotherapist, uses various forms of psychological techniques to help a person address and resolve psychological problems.

Individual therapy is a process in which one person discusses his or her thoughts and feelings with a trained therapist.

Group therapy is a form of therapy that includes two or more people who come together to discuss their thoughts, feelings and relationship with a trained therapist.

Family therapy is a process in which the entire family (parents, children, grandparents, etc.) talks about their thoughts, feelings and relationship with a trained therapist.

Cognitive behavioral therapy is a psychotherapy that deals with the way our thoughts, feelings, and behaviors are connected. It helps us understand how the way we think influences how we feel and what we do.

The cognitive part of cognitive behavioral therapy focuses on changing unhelpful or inaccurate thoughts. The behavioral part of cognitive behavioral therapy focuses on changing behaviors that are unhealthy or don’t work well.

Cognitive Behavioral Therapy helps people live more productive and fulfilling lives by identifying patterns in thinking and behavior that may be getting in their way.

Psychoanalytic therapy is a form of talk therapy that explores how the  unconscious mind  influences your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. Specifically, it examines how your experiences, often from childhood, may be contributing to your current experience and actions.

Systemic therapy focuses on relationships between a group of people, rather than solely on an individual’s thoughts and feelings. It gives people a safe space to explore the system they are in. It helps with the relationships and connections between people within this system.

Therapy is a process of healing and mental growth. It is a way of understanding ourselves, our emotions, and the problems we face in life. It helps us to grow as people.

People go to therapy for many reasons. They may be depressed or anxious or may have relationship problems. They may be struggling with addiction or trauma from their pasts, or they may just want to find ways to live more fulfilling lives. Some people go because they are having a hard time in school and need help studying better; others go because they are not happy with how they look and want to change their appearance; some people go because they are not sure what career path would be best for them, and want help deciding on what college major would suit them best; some people go because they don’t know how to talk about their feelings with friends or family members, so therapy gives them someone who will listen without judgment.

Anyway, therapy is not just for structural psychological problems or psychiatric issues, but most of the time it is a useful tool for many challenges of everyday life that sometimes weights too much on one’s shoulder.

Therapy is an opportunity to talk about your problems with someone who has no personal stake in them. You need to know that they are listening and that they care about what you have to say.

All of these things can be difficult to find in the outside world on your own, so therapy can help fill in the gaps and make life easier for you.

Therapy can be helpful in many different situations. It can help with anxiety, depression, self-esteem, and relationships among other things. It can also help with grief, trauma or just disorientation and exhaustion. Asking yourself these questions may help determine if therapy is right for you:

  • Do I have trouble managing my emotions?
  • Do I feel like I am missing something in my life?
  • Do I feel like there are parts of myself that are hard to reach?
  • Do I have trouble in areas of my life?
  • Do I feel stuck in my life?
  • Do I have relationship issues?

If you answered yes to any of these questions, you might consider therapy. It can help with many aspects of your life.

People go to therapy for a variety of reasons. Some people feel a need to talk about their problems, they may feel like they are stuck in a rut, or that their life is not going the way they want it to. They may also feel like they are not able to solve their problems on their own. Others want to learn new coping mechanisms, and still, others just want someone to listen.

If you are feeling unhappy, anxious, depressed or just lonely or frustrated, it is important that you get help. Therapy can be a great way to work through your problems and find solutions.

Therapy can be a powerful tool for people who are struggling with mental health issues. Even if you don’t feel like you have a major problem, therapy can help you learn how to deal with your emotions and make healthier choices in your life.

The therapist has a formal duty to keep secret your conversation and not to reveal it in any case unless a jury places a formal order to him to do so.

Session related FAQs

The ethical principle of confidentiality is based on respect for the autonomy and dignity of human beings. It is a fundamental principle in psychotherapy and mental health care. Confidentiality has been defined as “the right to control the disclosure of personal information.” Patients have the right to decide who can know what about them, when, where, how, and why.

Therapists are legally bound by confidentiality laws in most countries. They cannot disclose any personal information about their patients unless they have permission from the patient or if the law requires them to do so for legal purposes.

Therapy is a place where you can talk about anything. You don’t have to worry about judgment or being judged.

There are many reasons why you may not want to talk about certain things in therapy. You may be embarrassed by your thoughts and feelings, you may be worried that what you say might make me uncomfortable, or you may feel a sense of shame or guilt.

In the therapy process, it is important to talk about any and every issue that you are experiencing. You may be hesitant to bring up something, but don’t worry. It is completely normal to have some hesitation before being comfortable with sharing a topic.

But more important than that, therapy is a place for you, it is “your place”, and in this sense, we have to create step by step a space where you have to feel confident. And this takes time. Therefore, if you do not want to talk about some topic, you will never be forced to it. You must be sure you will be respected in every way. Therapy will be your special space.

The goal of the therapy is not to make you feel “crazy”. I will help you see situations or thoughts in another way, which may be quite different from how you are viewing them now.

People often worry that they will be judged and not taken seriously in therapy. But the truth is, psychologists are trained to provide a safe place for you to share your deepest thoughts and feelings with compassion, understanding, and support.

The psychologist is the right person to show you that, you do not have to fear yourself.

This is a question that many of my clients ask me. And the answer to this is: No, I won’t get tired of hearing you talk about the same things over and over again. This is because we will be talking about different aspects of your life, and how these affect you. I understand how hard it can be to open up to someone you don’t know, but I promise that with time, we will become friends and have a strong therapeutic relationship.

The written record of what you say in therapy is called the therapeutic note. The therapeutic note is a way for your therapist to communicate with other members of your treatment team, and to keep track of your goals and progress in therapy. The therapeutic note is a confidential document, and is protected by state and federal law. After you finish therapy, the therapeutic note will be stored in a secure, confidential location.

No, I don’t provide group therapy, except for family or couple therapy.

No, I don’t have the possibility to accept insurance.

You have to make the payment at the time of booking your appointment. If you want to book per session, you pay for each session each time you book, although you have the option of booking a 4 sessions package with 20% discount, and in that case, you pay for four together. You can check in “Plans” to know more about payments.

If you cancel your order at least 7 days before the appointed session, you will not be charged for the session and all your money will be refunded (excluding payment charges).

If you cancel your order at least 3 days before the session, you will be refunded 50% of the session cost (excluding payment charges)

However, if you notify us within the last 72 hours before the appointed session, then no refund or credit is given for this cancellation. And you will be charged for the full value of the session. This is because the slot has been booked for you and if you cancel it with a short notice, it will not work and will remain as a void slot.
