If you always argue about the same thing, the silences get long and you feel you speak different languages, it doesn’t mean the relationship is lost: it is a circle that can be undone.
Every relationship goes through moments of disagreement. The problem is not the conflict itself, but when it repeats in the same way every time and neither of you manages to get out of the circle — or to fully understand what is really at stake beneath the argument.
It shows up as arguments that return to the same topic without being resolved, silences that grow longer, the feeling that “we speak different languages”, growing emotional or physical distance, jealousy, distrust, or the sense of being lonelier together than apart.
The systemic approach looks at the relationship as a whole, not only at each person separately: it helps identify the pattern that repeats and build clearer communication. As a couple or individually, we also work on the personal histories each of you brings and that shape how you relate today.
